Thus, with the same total power loss, a higher packing density, i.e. a larger number of switching elements, can be realized in the control cabinet.

SSR modules are ideal for applications where a coupling level between the PLC and the load to be switched is required. Because they work without moving parts, there is no mechanical wear.
